Village Grove, a series of six single-family houses, infilled a unique site in the historic Museum District responding to the neighborhood’s vernacular pattern and design overlay guidelines. Each house features a central courtyard, offering light and air to the middle of the home and a private outdoor living space. The architect, builders, and individual owners collaborated to customize each house.
