This contemporary infill reimagines a 100-foot-wide asphalt lot—once home to two apartment buildings and two houses—into four new residential lots that align with the historic scale and rhythm of the neighborhood. Each lot houses a duplex residence designed in accord with CAR to complement the surrounding architectural character.
