The unique infill in the Fan District will have fourteen residential units in a mix of studios and  one-  and two-bedrooms, each featuring front and rear balconies. The proposed mixed-use for a client of four decades shares the site with an existing building. A three-story building will tuck behind an existing one-story multi-tenant commercial street-corner structure. Inspired by the scale and character of the neighborhood, the architecture blends contemporary living with local tradition, creating thoughtful housing that supports the next generation of city residents.
