This very unique infill project measures only eight feet wide on one side, a perfect site for our client whose projects maximize development on odd lots. On a corner parcel with a narrow footprint, the contemporary three-story residential structure integrates clean lines in contrast to the adjacent traditional brick house next door.  Concrete steps to an elevated entrance gives the building a strong, urban street presence. Numerous windows create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the open floor plan. The interior flows seamlessly through each floor, enhancing the sense of space and connectivity.
