THE DETAILS

Formerly an historic 1880’s brick horse stable, this rehabilitated and expanded structure was transformed into commercial and residential space. The renovation preserves the building’s historic character through careful restoration of masonry and wood material. Reconfigured, the main building houses an office space in the front and five transverse, two-story apartments. Designed to match the scale and materials of the original structure, two two-story apartments are in a 890 square foot addition to the rear. The project integrates modern functionality while honoring its 19th-century heritage, all in accordance with city and Department of Historic Resources standards.
