This Uptown residence remains the narrowest on the street. The redesign of this 15.5 foot wide dilapidated townhome relocates primary living spaces to the second floor, converts the first floor into two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and adds a rear-facing third-floor suite. The renovation inserts a floating stair, finishes a basement, and reimagines the façade with a welcoming entry and landscaped outdoor areas. Varied overhangs create valuable interior spaces, allowing floor-to-ceiling windows to overlook steel-framed decks on all levels. Close collaboration with the owner ensured the home’s unique design met every functional and spatial request.
